When you are eating, just eating without wondering thought
When you are sleeping, just sleeping without wondering thought
When you are walking, just walking without wondering thought
When you are sitting, just sitting without wondering thought
If you are doing so, you are a Zen practitioner
Do what you need to do in daily life
And keep your Mind in peace, harmony, purity, awareness and no wondering thought
That is practice

If you can manifest the Natures of Mind which are wisdom, purity and compassion
you are a Buddha
If you can not manifest those essences of Mind then
you are a everyday person
